How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method. We aim to approve eligible requests within 5 business days; after that, the time for the money to appear in your account depends on Paddle and your bank or card provider (typically a few business days).

After a refund

Because the product is digital, once a refund is issued your licence to use the product ends and you should delete any downloaded copies.
