These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Ferritin Fix, a digital guide sold through the website reselflabs.com ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the product you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

1. Who you are buying from

Trading as Reself Labs. Our products are sold through our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). This means Paddle is the merchant and seller of record for your order: Paddle handles the payment, billing, sales taxes, invoicing and the card transaction, and issues your receipt — while we are responsible for the product itself and for customer support. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to the transaction, and Paddle can provide its full merchant and contact details on request. Your card statement will show a charge similar to PADDLE.NET* RESELFLABS.

2. The product

The Ferritin Fix is a downloadable, educational digital guide (PDF and companion files) about rebuilding low ferritin through food and habits. It is delivered electronically — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

The product is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment or care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any medical condition. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the product page at the time of purchase and is charged in US dollars (USD) unless Paddle displays another currency for your location. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout. Payment is taken in full before the product is delivered.

4. Delivery

Access is digital and immediate. After a successful payment you receive an email containing a secure download link, and a confirmation page with the same link. The link is tied to your purchase — keep the email so you can re-download at any time. If your link does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@reselflabs.com and we will resend it.

Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period would otherwise apply to digital content (for example in the EU/UK), that right is lost once the download begins. This does not affect our 30-day money-back guarantee below, which we offer voluntarily and which is more generous than the law requires.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details, and how to request a refund, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Licence and acceptable use

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, share, publish or redistribute the product or any part of it, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All intellectual property in the product remains ours.

The product is intended for adults. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that the billing information you provide is accurate and your own.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, for general educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranty that the educational information will achieve a particular health, energy, or other result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any health outcome resulting from your use of the educational information in the product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Complaints

If something is wrong, we want to put it right. Please see our Complaint Policy for how to raise a complaint and the timescales you can expect.

9. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the product, and our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The "Last updated" date above shows when this page was last changed.
